Online Shopping Help

You can purchase items from both stores in one transaction. Having multiple items in one transaction allows us to ship your items together, lowering your shipping costs.

Purchasing Items:

Visit the men's or women's stores and order the items you want. Click on "Add to Basket" for each item you wish to purchase. If you would like purchase additional items from H.C. Biker™, click on "Continue Shopping." This will take you back to the previous men's product page. When you are done shopping in H.C. Biker™, click on "Continue Shopping."

At this point, you may click on a Biker Chick® MC (Women's Designs) link. Once in that store, you may order more items. You should notice that new items are added on top of the previous items you placed in your shopping basket.

When are ready to complete your transaction, simply click on the "Checkout Now!" button and select tax, if applicable, and your shipping will be calculated in for you. Finish up by filling in your billing/shipping and credit card information, then print off your order form. Call us at 402-556-1595 CST during our hours of operation if you choose the Credit Card via Phone. Simply print out your Check/Money Order options and mail to us.

How do I cancel an order?

If you need to cancel your order, simply send us an Email. Please include the order number of the item that you would like to cancel to ensure accuracy.

Adding Items to your order

If you have already completed an order and wish to add an additional item to your order, you will need to cancel your initial order and place a new order. This process is necessary as you must authorize any new charges to your order. To cancel an order, simply Email us. Please include the order number of the item that you would like to cancel to ensure accuracy.

Revising Shipping and Billing information for an Order

If you have completed an order and wish to change your shipping or billing information, please call us at 402-556-1595. Please have your order number ready when calling.

Credit Card Transactions

We can accept your credit card details online securely and process your card information offline here at the store. This reduces online credit card fraud.

  • Select to pay with your Visa/Mastercard.
  • Enter your billing/shipping address and credit card information, along with the CVV 3-digit number on the back of your card.
  • You are shown a receipt in your web browser.
  • A detailed order confirmation is emailed to you.
  • We receive a detailed copy of your purchase.
  • Your credit card information is processed here at the store and your order is shipped with an email confirmation.
Phone and Mail Orders

Don't feel comfortable ordering products online? No problem! We accept orders over the phone and by mail. Each of these methods will display a printable invoice in your web browser, and we will receive a detailed online order.

Credit Card Via Phone:

To order by phone, simply go through the online ordering process by choosing the products you wish to order, adding them to your shopping cart, and checking out. Complete all information in the checkout process. When prompted to enter your credit card number, simply check the box marked "Credit Card Via Phone" and click continue. Print your invoice, make note of the Order Number or write down your selections with item numbers. You then call us at 402-556-1595 during our customer service hours of Monday - Friday, 9am to 6pm CST. Submit your credit card details over the phone and your order is shipped.

Check/Money Order:

To order by mail, simply go through the online ordering process by choosing the products you wish to order, adding them to your shopping cart, and checking out. Complete all information in the checkout process. When prompted to enter your credit card number, simply check the box marked "Pay by Check or Money Order" and click continue. Once you complete your order, you will be given an Order Number and shown a final receipt page. Print and mail this page with your payment to:
